Seasoned Nollywood Yoruba Actress Funmilayo ‘Ijewuru’ Ogunsola, has died of heart attack.
The actress popularly known for her role in ‘Ijewuru’ died in the early hours of Monday, 4th of February, 2019, at her residence in Ibadan the Oyo State capital.
Actress Funmilayo ‘Ijewuru’ Ogunsola was the fourth wife of the late veteran Yoruba actor, Ishola Ogunsola, also known as ‘I Show Pepper’s five legal wives’in the popular TV show, I Show Pepper.
The sad news of Funmilayo ‘Ijewuru’ Ogunsola death was reported by a facebook user named Adebisi Olasumbo Ogunsola.
According to the post Adebisi Olasumbo Ogunsola who is a family member to the deceased actress, mother like the dead actress is scarce and everyone that have known the actress will surely miss Grandma Ogunsola Funmilayo Iya Ijewuru.
Adebisi Olasumbo Ogunsola wrote: “I never thought I’d ever use these pictures to say RIP to you ma but who am I to question you, God?.
“Mother like you is scarce. A very good, prayerful, and friendly mother to all. We (Ogunsola Isho Pepper) are all going to miss you Grandma Ogunsola Funmilayo Iya Ijewuru. May God forgive you of all your shortcomings🙏 😭😢😵😷 and grant you eternal rest🙏. Rest on the Bossom of our Lord Christ till we meet and part no more.”
However, Fans have started sending their tribute to the seasoned actress on social media.
Funmilayo ‘Ijewuru’ Ogunsola’s husband, , Ishola Ogunsola died in 1992. His senior wife, Mojisola, also died in 2009 at age 60 while the second wife, Iyabode, is now a pastor living in Egbeda area of Lagos.
However, Iyabode is among the three surviving wives of Ogunsola which include Yetunde also known as Ayoni and Bolatito also known as Aina.
She was loved for her deaf-like display on set.
